Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at atelierpivoine.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped during Federal Holiday and on weekend. If a high volume of orders is experiencing, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Atelier Pivoine only ships to addresses within the United States.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages

Atelier Pivoine,LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged , please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

Return & Exchange Policy

You may request to return or exchange a product order at any time within 14 days beginning on the delivery day, without a reason. If you do decide to cancel your order, please contact us at business@atelierpivoine.com  Please quote your order number in your e-mail. You will be responsible for the cost of return and for ensuring the products reach us safely. The right to cancel does not apply to certain types of products, including any goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalized. We will issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, provided they are unused and in their original condition. We try to process  and dispatch all orders within 2 business days of receipt, although this can be longer during busy periods, so if you do change your mind, please notify us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our Returns Policy to return the products to us.
