When will my order ship?
Orders are tipically processed within 2 business days. As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email to track the status of your shipment. If your order is sent via standard shipping, expect to arrive within 5-9 business days.
Can I return my order?
While we hope that you will love your candle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you candle is damaged or not to your expectations, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your product to initiate a return. If 14 days have gone since your your purchase, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, all products must be unused and in the same conditions that you received them. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will no be accepted for return.
What wax do you use?
We use natural soy wax, pure coconut wax and certified organic beeswax. All our waxes are sustainable and non-toxic.
Do you ship outside U.S.?
We're sorry, currently we do not ship to international destinations.
How to avoid candle tunneling?
For the initial burn and to prevent tunneling, burn the candle until you achieve a full melted wax pool across the entire candle, it is usually achieved in 3 hours. This will ensure even burning and maximum fragrance release for the life of you candle. It is said that candles have a memory and the wax will only melt as it did the first time.
Do you use essential oils?
Our candles are scented with natural fragrances and high-quality phthalate free fragrances oils made with pure essential oils.
